Nicola Barclay

Nicola had direct responsibility for running Homes for Scotland, the national membership organisation providing a voice for the new homes building industry in Scotland.

With a career spanning over 25 years in the home building industry and stretching over sales, land acquisition, funding and planning, Nicola is well placed to drive forward the housing agenda on behalf of members, at this pivotal time for housing and the economy.

Nicola currently represents the industry on the NHBC Scottish Committee, the CITB Scotland Nation Council and is a Board Director of the Consumer Code for New Home Builders.

As well as sitting on the board of Norton Park, she is a Trustee for charity Habitat for Humanity GB, which delivers housing solutions for the most marginalised societies across the globe; and is a member of the Women in Property Scottish Board, which supports the professional growth of women within property related fields.
