Norton Park provides high quality, affordable, accessible offices in Edinburgh. Exclusively for charities and social enterprises.
Conversion of the beautiful old school building in the 1990s provided 30,000 sq. ft. of office space over three floors. Office units at Norton Park vary in size from 200 sq. ft. to 2100 sq. ft., accommodating 1-20 desks. Most are open plan, although several have a private, self-contained meeting space.
We also have a large office dedicated to coworking. Coworking enables small charities and social enterprises to rent a desk. This means they can be part of our hub but remain agile and keep overheads low.
All tenants have access to small meeting rooms and there are pods for confidential calls on each floor. For bigger meetings, tenants receive special rates for our event space next door. We have also introduced a vibrant Tenants’ Lounge to help tenants relax and socialise.
The car park includes allocated accessible parking bays.
Norton Park now looks after 20 non-profits in our third sector hub. Together, they employ over 350 staff and welcome 2000 visitors per month.
It is a pleasure to serve so many organisations doing great things for their communities. Being under one roof facilitates peer support, partnerships and resource-sharing. We also organise events to benefit tenants’ learning, development and staff wellbeing. Examples include governance training, bake sales and morning yoga.
