Norton Park office complex opened in 1998 after being purchased by the Albion Trust and redeveloped to provide high quality, affordable office accommodation for the voluntary sector, mainly social welfare charities, in Edinburgh.

Conversion provided 30,000 square feet of office space over 3 floors and today Norton Park houses 20 charities that collectively employ over 350 staff and accommodate a stream of around 2000 visitors per month.

This has enabled not only the sharing of experiences and resources between the different charities, helping to foster a synergy of approach and action but also increased social, environmental and community benefits in the area.

The units in Norton Park vary in size from 200 sq. ft. to 2100sq ft. Several have private self-contained meeting space; most are open plan. There is a high demand for affordable, serviced and accessible accommodation in Edinburgh and we receive many requests.  If there is no actual unit available at the time of your request/enquiry we can offer to put your organisation on our waiting list. We would then contact you when suitable space became available (this can happen fairly quickly and at short notice) and invite you to make an application.

To be added to the waiting list please send copies of your literature, contact details and specifications as to office size/desk spaces required. If your organisation fits the Norton Park allocations criteria we will confirm your place on the waiting list and keep you updated with the availability of suitable space.
